Basic First Aid
Babies and toddlers have an uncanny way of always finding dangerous situations. As
parents and caregivers, we like to think we will be fast enough to prevent harm.
However, accidents aren't something you can plan for. What you can plan for is how you
will react when your child is hurt.
Join us for a 2 hour Basic First Aid class which focuses on techniques to respond to common childhood accidents: burns, cuts, stitches, falls - all those things we wish kids didn't do but we known will happen anyway. The class is based on the American Red Cross curriculum and will include plenty of opportunities to practice techniques in class. This is a great class for expectant and new parents as well as caregivers. Cost is $32 per person.
