Would you know what to do if your baby or child started choking?

Hands-on Practice will provide you with the confidence and skills to turn life-threatening situations into life saved. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that all parents take a course in Basic CPR and Choking. This class is not just for expectant parents but also caregivers alike. The course covers Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, choke-saving skills and various other injury prevention topics. You will receive certification from the American Red Cross with successful completion of this course. It will be emailed to you directly from the Red Cross.

It's recommended for comfort reasons to take this class in your sixth or seventh month of pregnancy.

Class will run from 6:00 pm -8:00 pm. Price is per person $65.00.

    I've done my CPR recert more times than I can count and have always left other classes not feeling confident in what I had learned and unimpressed with the instructors. This class was awesome tho!! Ronda was entertaining as well as informative and highly recommend her class

    My husband and I have a 5 month old and decided to take the class so he could brush up on his CPR training and I could have my first experience learning. It was great! Ronda was thorough, clear, full of information, and answered every question we had. We'll be back in a couple of years to brush up!!
