Discover the unparalleled support and camaraderie you've been searching for as a new parent at Bellani, home to Rhode Island's premier New Mom's Group.

Join us during your parenting journey where you will be surrounded by a small, tightly-knit community of people in our safe and inviting space. In each session, not only will you revel in the shared joys of new parenthood, but you'll also find support in discussing any challenges you may be facing. Topics include newborn development, postpartum wellness, boundaries and expectations, sleep & feeding, and so much more.

To maintain an intimate setting conducive to meaningful connections, participation is limited to just eight adults. The six-week course is led by Tana Murphy of Be Nourished Lactation. As a Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and mom of 3, Tana brings a depth of knowledge, both clinically and personally, to this group.

While we know that it takes a village to raise a baby, this group is for new moms and their babies (ages 0-4 months old) only.

Next session begins Wednesday, January 8, 2025
6 consecutive Wednesdays from 12:00 - 1:30 pm
For questions or to secure your spot in our upcoming session, feel free to reach out to us at (401) 822-9900.

    Mommy and me

I love the environment they create for us new moms and our babies. I love the opportunity to meet other moms going through the same things as I am.

    Best Mother's Help

Posted by Ashley on 5th May 2020

I had a severe case of PPD and needed to get out of the house to feel normal. Going to this new moms group and being able to speak with moms in the same boat with me was life saving. I really needed to know people in the thick of it at exactly the same time as me. I felt comfortable being myself in this environment. I was able to feed and change my daughter as needed. I could complain or be joyous and there was just no judgement. I also learned so many things that I otherwise would have googled and potentially gotten wrong answers about.
