Strengthen the bond with your little one while you both stretch, breathe, and have fun moving your bodies through stories, games and music. Open to children ages 18-months to five years, and their caregiver. Classes are taught by Martha Russo of Zenergize (and the front desk at Bellani!), who is certified in both adult and child yoga. You will leave feeling both relaxed and energized!
Mats will be available, or feel free to bring your own.
